At Palisades Associates, an acquisitions firm, Davis spent threeyears as a director implementing strategies for financialstructuring, portfolio management, due diligence and leasetransactions. In the past year, she was responsible forunderwriting and structuring the purchase and sale of SouthernCalifornia commercial properties valued in excess of $200million.

At Cushman & Wakefield Davis was a member of the financialservices investment team for three years. In her four years atTrammell Crow Co. she conducted the due diligence process foracquisition of commercial projects and was instrumental in theCentury Plaza Towers redevelopment in Century City, one of thelargest land acquisition of the decade in Los Angeles County.

Davis joins a Jones Lang LaSalle capital markets group led bymanaging directors David Doupé, Larry Krasner and Michel Seifer,along with VP Cheri Pierce. In her new role, Davis will beresponsible for supporting all of the West Coast region'scommercial investment sales activities.
