North Shore Cataract, an ophthalmic surgical center that hasbeen a long-time tenant in the building, renewed its lease on 8,300sf of medical office space. DHA Endoscopy, which specializes inendoscopy treatments and programs, signed a new lease to occupy5,000 sf, according to Aiden Murray, leasing coordinator forEverest Partners, the building's landlord.
Terms of both leases were not disclosed but Murray says askingrents on the property, which has just one office remaining forlease, are about $20 per sf, plus electricity. The building's primeStoneham location, which provides easy highway access and nearbyamenities, were factors in both leasing decisions, he says.
Murray handled the leasing arrangements for both tenants in thetransaction.
