JP Plunkett, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office, tellsGlobeSt.com that the firm selected the East Randolph IndustrialPark site because it is located near the company's other facilitiesin Braintree and Holbrook. The firm will move into the building inJanuary, leaving about 28,000 sf vacant in the 58,200-sffacility.

"It's a win-win deal for both the tenant and the landlord,"Plunkett says. "It will prove to be a great warehouse for BraintreeLabs and will allow them to grow their business."

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Plunkett sayswarehouse space in the Randolph area generally leases in the$5-per-sf range.
