Lewis Cowan with Grubb & Ellis represented Sullivan PapainBlock McGrath & Cannavo. The law firm originally leased thespace in 1993 and its current lease was not due to expire until thebeginning of 2009. Under the new lease, the firm plans to upgradethe facility.

In a statement, Cowan says, "They opted to renew early in orderto secure the most advantageous location with the best possibleterms in a rising Downtown market. We toured several otherproperties with availabilities that fit the firm's requirements andsolicited outside proposals for space prior to the renewal, but inthe end, Sullivan Papain Block McGrath & Cannavo felt 120Broadway was the best location for their needs."

The building's central location in Downtown, quality servicesand ownership were among the reasons the law firm opted to remain.Silverstein Properties owns the site and was represented in-houseby Catherine Gilberti.
