NORWALK, CT-The developer of the proposed $400-million District95/7 project here has hired Staubach Retail to exclusively marketthe 150,000 sf of retail space planned for the one-million-sfdevelopment. 95/7 Ventures LLC a partnership of locally basedSpinnaker Real Estate Partners and Greenfield Partners, namedStaubach exclusive leasing agent for the space.
The project will also contain approximately 525,000 sf of officespace, 250 condominium residences and a 140-room hotel with 5,000sf of meeting space. The site totals 12.6-acres and is located onthe northern side of the Reed-Putnam Urban Renewal Area near thejunction of I-95 and Route 7.
