The 39-story One United Nations Plaza and the 40-story TwoUnited Nations total 700,000 sf of office space and include theMillennium UN Plaza Hotel New York. The 15-story Three UnitedNations Plaza is an office and residential building that houses theUnited Nations Children's Fund and Unicef. It also serves as aresidence for UN staff.

JLL's team, which will manage the office, residential and hotelspace, includes managing director Kenneth Siegel, senior vicepresident Lance Ruiz Carlile, vice president and regionalcontroller Ralph Pena and vice president and group manager NickHayden. In addition to caring for the everyday tasks, the groupwill oversee security systems and elevator upgrades among otherproperty improvements.

"The Jones Lang LaSalle team has worked with the United NationsDevelopment Corp. in the past," says Carlile, in a statement. "As aresult, we are familiar with the tenancies at the three-buildingcomplex. In addition to our depth of experience in managing class Aoffice properties, we will be able to offer the UNDC ourportfolio-wide cost-reduction programs that will allow theorganization to reduce significantly its operating expenses."
