The two-building complex, which totals 157,176 sf, consists ofone three-story office building and one four-story officebuilding.

Located one mile away from the Langley Air Force Base, thesebuildings have been the beneficiary of the regional changesresulting from BRAC, Molloy tells GlobeSt.com. Langley recentlyreceived increased funding because of its role as the headquartersof Air Combat Command as well as the home base for the UnitedStates Air Force' new F-22 Raptor, he says.
