The duo plan to market the building for either single- ormulti-tenant occupancy. For the latter use, the building has40,000-sf floor plates. Designed by Rotwein & Blake, thebuilding features an atrium lobby. It's located within thesix-building Waterview Corporate Center, which fronts on Route 46at the intersection of Interstates 80 and 287.
"It offers immediate occupancy, making it one of the fewlarge-block options that enables fast move-in," Frank says."Because of its size, it would be a choice for a company wanting tohouse its operations in a single facility."
