DALLAS-Staubach Capital Markets, keeping to its vow to beef up theteam, has picked up a well-known 14-year veteran in theongoing shift of the brokerage ranks as CB Richard Ellis absorbsTrammell Crow Co. professionals.

Ken Bendalin, marking his second day with Staubach, has retainedhis vice president title with the affiliation shift. He willcontinue to work the institutional retail sales market, partneringwith Staubach's Ken Shulman, executive vice president of investmentsales. CBRE declined to comment on Bendalin's amicable exit, whichis just the first of several rumored changes in the Dallas/FortWorth ranks.
