PLAINFIELD, IN-Cohen Asset Management Inc., based in LosAngeles, recently bought a 440,797-sf distribution building at 1250Whitaker Rd. The company's subsidiary, Airwest Industrial CapitalLLC, purchased the Airwest Distribution Center from theChicago-based Alter Group.
The center is a concrete bulk warehouse on 25 acres, featuring32-feet clear ceilings, up to 64 dock positions, 50-foot by 54-footcolumn spacing on outside bays and additional trailer parking. Theproperty is right off Interstate 70, and about five miles fromIndianapolis International Airport.
