BEDFORD PARK, IL-A heating and cooling company will move into a100,000-sf manufacturing building in Bedford Park today toaccommodate the company's expansion. Four Seasons Heating &Cooling Inc. has purchased the building in Bedford Park at 5701 W.73rd St. and is moving its headquarters from Bridgeview.
Jeffrey Locascio, a partner at the firm Epic/Savage RealtyPartners/TCN Worldwide completed the sale valued at $3.5 million.The seller of the building, Ridge Property Trust, was representedby Sally Macoicz and Rodger Mroczek of Cushman & Wakefield.
