The building is fully leased to Graham Packaging Co. LP, one ofthe few plastic bottle manufacturers still located in the East Bay.The company has been in the building for 35 years. Among otherthings, the company provides plastic bottles for Castrol Motor Oiland Chevron oil refineries.
