LAS VEGAS-Burnham Real Estate's urban retail group has landedthe leasing assignments for five condominium projects here with acombined 140,000 sf of retail space. The listings include PanoramaTowers overlooking the Strip, Paxton Walk in the Centennial Hillsarea, the Juhl and Streamline Towers developments in Downtown, and17th and Vine in nearby Henderson.
The retail components of the projects are designed to provideresidents with immediate access to grocery, dining and boutiqueshopping. The largest of the leasing assignments is 17th & Vinein Henderson, which includes 60,000 sf in 10 four-story buildingsthat house 452 condominiums on the upper floors. The retail portionwill include boutiques and restaurants. The developer is LVMBDevelopment.
