HOUSTON-Colliers Property Management Services Co. has opened ashop with 1.2 million sf in hand.
Timothy Seckinger, president of Colliers Property ManagementServices, says the just-formed company got off the ground with thehelp of some Colliers International Inc. brokers and their seedmoney. "The Colliers brokerage group has a third-party managementarm, but not in Houston until now," he says. "The principals ofColliers in Houston talked about this for years, but it just didn'tcome together for them."
