The new team will join other recent new hires, tenantrepresentatives and real estate consultants David Demarest andWilliam Propst, who joined the company in October from Cushman& Wakefield.

Metcalf has more than 20 years of experience representingvarious large and mid-sized corporations and has completedtransactions totaling more than 10 million sf. He received abachelor of science degree in finance from the University ofIllinois and a masters of science in real estate from Georgia StateUniversity.
