IRVINE, CA-The Plaza-Irvine's two 15-story, 202-unit condotowers are making their debut here, signaling the new high-riseurban living that is developing in once strictly suburban OrangeCounty. The condominiums, on the corner of Jamboree Road and CampusDrive in Irvine, are a project of OWR Development Inc. and GeoffreyH. Edmunds California Inc.

Construction is complete and "move-ins are imminent," thedevelopers say. Their project, designed by the architectural firmMV&P International, is adjacent to the open space of the SanJoaquin Wildlife Sanctuary and close to the John Wayne Airport.
