Conn says that the new alignment of the firm's brokeragemanagement and the new titles reflect that the new management teammembers "are not just real estate brokers, they are real estatepartners who will bring to the table a strategic focus for ourfirm." Each has more than 25 years of commercial real estateexperience and all have been working at Charles Dunn supervisingbrokerage operations and services on numerous levels at differenttimes.

Levonian explains that in previous years, the company had oneperson in charge of the brokerage division. During the past twoyears, Dunn decided to run the brokeragedivision via committee withthe members holding titles like president, vice president andexecuive vice president." Gill and Slattery were both seniormanaging directors, Levonian held the title of president andFaulkner was an EVP.

Today, Levonian says, "Our new management structure hastransitioned into a committee team format where all the membershave the same titles and are given responsibilities that mirrortheir expertise." Now, Conn says, the four will combine theirstrategic focus and extensive knowledge to manage the day-to-dayoperations of the firm's brokerage division.
