ORLANDO-Broder Brothers has signed a 12-year, 340,000-sf leasefor space in the Liberty Park at Airport International Park ofOrlando. It is expected to be completed by September.

The industrial team of GVA Advantis senior directors WilliamBradford and Tom McFadden negotiated the transaction valued at morethan $16.8 million on behalf of the tenant.
