SAN FRANCISCO-A 26,127-sf retail building here flanked byhigh-rise office towers on Market Street has changed hands forupward of $11 million, according to the brokerage firm involved inthe deal. Locally based Capital & Counties USA Inc. sold thefour-story building to Redwood Real Estate Partners LLC, a RanchoSanta Margarita-based investment group that includes professionaltennis player Michael Chang and his brother Carl.

Located at 581 Market St., the building was constructed in 1907and fully renovated in 1996. The building is 100% leased toStacey's Bookstore. The bookstore's GM Tom Allen tells GlobeSt.comthat its lease of the building runs to 2011.
