As a result, 7-Eleven has opened Manhattan locations at 105-107E. 23rd St., 1453 3rd Ave., East 82nd Street, 1594 York Ave. and345 W. 42nd St. Aztec planned the layouts for these locations to beconsistent with the national image the retailer maintains. Theaverage 7-Eleven stores range in size from 1,600 sf to 2,000sf.
In addition to the new Manhattan locations, Aztec is working onlocating potential stores throughout the city; actively looking atSoHo, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side. The firm is alsoscouting out locations, and creating layouts in Lodi, NJ andAstoria, NY.
