JACKSONVILLE, FL-Cherry Hill, NJ-based warehousing companyNational Distribution Centers LP has signed a 221,000-sf multi-yearlease for space with the Majestic International Tradeport at 13398International Parkway. National Distribution Center will occupyspace within a 319,000-sf building.
Majestic International Tradeport, owned by City of Industry,CA-based Majestic Realty Co., is part of the 425-acre JacksonvilleInternational trade area. When full completed, the Tradeport willconsist of three buildings totaling 833,000 sf.
