"They took a look around but werehappy with the building and the terms they were able to get," hesays.

Terms of the lease were not disclosed but similar office spacein the Back Bay generally leases in the $45 to $55 per-sf pricerange, Gifford says.

The 14-story, 268,000-sf office building, which lies adjacent toCopley Place, is fully leased to a number of tenants, including GE,Brigham and Women's Hospital, the Hay Group and Segal Cos.
