At build-out, the community will include more than 11,000 homesfor an estimated 26,000 residents. The project will include roughly300 acres of recreational land and more than 20 miles of trails forwalking and biking.

"We're excited to see what 'new-urbanism' will bring with itsvillages, town centers, parks and trails," said Henderson MayorJames B. Gibson in an official statement announcing thedevelopment.

According to city officials, the design of Inspirada "is acollaboration between City of Henderson officials and a consortiumof nationally-known builders and developers including KB Home,Focus Property Group, Toll Brothers, Woodside Homes, Kimball HillHomes, Pardee Homes, Meritage Homes and Beazer Homes."
