The firm was founded in early 2004 when a group of more than 30attorneys broke away from the firm of McElroy Deutsch &Mulvaney, and its presence at 350 Mt. Kemble Rd. started out with a21,604-sf sublet.

"Coughlin Duffy is one of the region's fastest growing lawfirms," says Jack Feeney, managing director in Studley's Iselinoffice, who teamed with colleagues Joe Messina and Pat O'Keefe torepresent the tenant. "This expansion plays a significant role inthe firm's ability to accommodate its recent growth and its plansto recruit additional attorneys."

The firm's boosted presence bumps its occupancy up toapproximately 25% of the 220,000-sf office complex, which is alsoknown as Mt. Kemble Corporate Center. The property is owned by theNew York-based Brickman Associates which, as reported byGlobeSt.com, bought it in June 2006 from an affiliate ofBrookwood Financial Partners for $56.7 million. In the CoughlinDuffy lease transaction, Brickman was represented in-house by PaulKotcher and by Dan Casey of CB Richard Ellis.
