Construction on the new building will start in April, and itshould be complete by March 2008. The building will be in thesecond phase of the office park, currently at one million sf, andexpected to have 50 office properties with 2.5 million sf when it'scomplete, says Matthew Sosin, a vice president with Northern. Thepark is on the north side of 13 Mile Road near M-5.

"We're doing really well with the park," Sosin tellsGlobeSt.com. "In the past two months, we've leased more than150,000 sf."

The park has two building types which are geared toward office,research and development and light industrial uses, Sosin says. Thesinge-story buildings lease for about $14.50 per sf, he says, andthe multistory buildings lease for about $17.25 to $18.50 per sf.The Ryder lease is in a single-story building, Sosin says. Theowners are marketing the rest of the 30,000 sf.
