With more than 25 years experience, Wainwright will focus on thefront end aspects of ground-up centers. He will also assist inobtaining additional entitlements on new acquisition properties. Hewas previously senior vice president of construction anddevelopment for Palm Beach Gardens-based Rendina Cos. Before that,he was president of G.B. Group in Gilroy, CA. He has held positionsas an officer with two publicly traded real estate developmentcompanies, where he handled zoning, planning, variances and theentitlement process.

Griffin will focus on construction-related activities forground-up shopping centers throughout South Florida, includingCarter Square, London Square and West Sunset Square. He waspreviously vice president of construction and development serviceswith Cary, NC-based the Soleil Group where he handled construction,design and renovation. Previously, he was senior project managerwith Greensboro, NC-based Starmount Co.

Fields will focus on coordinating the construction of tenantimprovements and center renovations. In addition, he is responsiblefor daily contact with leasing and property management staff toensure on-schedule tenant openings. He was previously a fieldsuperintendent with Tamarac-based Southern Drywall and Constructionwhere he was responsible for interior and exterior metal framing oncommercial construction projects. Before that, he was a fieldsuperintendent with Boynton Beach-based Gale Insulation.
