The Realtors Commercial Alliance of RAMB is the only commercialassociation in Miami-Dade County dedicated exclusively tocommercial real estate interest, and is the fourth largest in thenation. It provides member services and education throughout theyear.

Juncadella has three decades of experience in commercialbrokerage and leasing and has been responsible for the lease up ofmore than nine million sf of office and industrial space. He isalso involved in community affairs, including the board ofdirectors of the Industrial Association of Miami-Dade County. He isactive with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parksand the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate.

Prior to founding Fairchild Partners, Juncadella was with CodinaRealty Services. Fairchild specializes in tenant, landlord anddeveloper representation; buyer and seller representation andconsulting.
