Weiss represented building owner Arnon Development Group Inc.,the developer of DaVita's new space. The dialysis firm will occupypart of a new, $14-million, two-story building. Weiss says the dealprovides two five-year renewal options for DaVita, which wasrepresented by Phil Petruso of Cresa Partners.

DaVita operates more than 1,300 outpatient dialysis facilitiesand acute units in more than 800 hospitals, in 42 states and theDistrict of Columbia. Weiss says that the dialysis company, whichrequired a facility designed to its specifications, approachedArnon and requested space in the new building, which is slated forcompletion in April 2008. As part of the deal, DaVita will getparapet signage on the building.

Premier Business Centers signed for its space in a five-yearrenewal at 1875 Century Park East, according to Weiss, whorepresented the operator of executive office centers along withRobert Rush of US Realty Group. The landlord, Watt Management, wasrepresented in-house by Kathy McKay.
