SHANGHAI-DHL Exel Supply Chain has leased the entire AMBFengxian Logistics Center here. The facility consists of threedifferent buildings totaling more than one million sf.
AMB Property Corp just completed a complete redevelopment of theproperty specifically for DHL. "AMB understood the time-sensitivenature of our requirement and delivered a highly efficientfacility," says Spencer Lim, DHL's Asia-Pacific senior vicepresident of real estate, in a statement. "Not only did AMBidentify the right location and redevelopment plan, they carefullyphased the construction schedule, enabling us to ramp up operationsearly and meet the distribution needs of our customers."
