The newly hired individuals include development manager RonHeath Jr., executive assistant Kristin Kiser and controller SallieTrammell. Former office manager Kelley Reilly was promoted todevelopment coordinator. The company completed six deals in thefourth quarter for a total of $93 million. "I am thrilled withthe recent changes within our staff and look forward to Kennedy'scontinued growth."

In his new position, Heath will support the development teamworking directly with general contractors on budget management andconstruction timelines. As former leasing professional and recentgraduate of Georgia MLS Real Estate, Kiser will serve as executiveassistant to the company's CEO and executive vice president.

Trammell brings more than 20 years of financial experience tothe role of controller, where she will be responsible for allfinancial aspects of the company's development and managementteams. Trammell holds a number of professional certificates. In hernew position, Reilly will work closely with the development team incoordinating various stages of project development.
