SAN FRANCISCO-An historic office building in the Financial District here has changed hands for $16.98 million. The seven-story class B building with 58,383-sf net rentable is located at 20 California St., between Drumm and Davis streets. It is 82% leased.

Locally based Huo & Fung Co. Inc. acquired the property from San Francisco Properties LLC. Within one block of the property are Embarcadero Center, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and Market Street.

Tony Crossley, Tim Maas and Frank Wheeler of Colliers International had the disposition assignment and procured the buyer. Colliers’ Jim Sobel will have the leasing assignment for the new owner. Maas did not return a phone call seeking comment.
