Locally based Huo & Fung Co. Inc. acquired the property fromSan Francisco Properties LLC. Within one block of the property areEmbarcadero Center, the Hyatt Regency San Francisco and MarketStreet.
Tony Crossley, Tim Maas and Frank Wheeler of ColliersInternational had the disposition assignment and procured thebuyer. Colliers' Jim Sobel will have the leasing assignment for thenew owner. Maas did not return a phone call seeking comment.
