45-Unit Gramercy Park Apartment Trades for $15M

NEW YORK CITY-The buyer plans to maintain the property as a rental facility as the condo market continues to cool across the country.

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based Campar Realty Co. LLC has sold the45-unit apartment building at 140 E. 17th St. for $15.4 million. Anunidentified local real estate investor picked up the Gramercy Parkproperty.

Eastern Consolidated's Eric Anton and Ronald Solarz and JaredToothman represented the seller, while Eastern Consolidated's BrianEzratty represented the buyer.
