Slavic Evangelic Christian Church has agreed to share the campuswith Sharon Baptist Church, holding Sunday services at differenttimes and sharing offices and other services as well as co-managingthe school. Sharon Baptist Church will occupy the property with thebuyer until it is able to relocate.

Richard Bowers & Co.'s Land and Investment Group vicepresident/associate broker William Johnson and Anthony Loisrepresented the seller. The buyer was represented by IntegrityFirst Realty, Inc.

The property has been owned by the church since 1844 andincludes two components on two sites. The main, 10-acre siteincludes a 60,000-sf school building for Christian studies forchildren from kindergarten through middle school. In addition tothe school, the site houses the church's 15,000-sf main sanctuary,built in 1983, and a small church built in 1960 that it currentlyused as a chapel and for storage. A 3.5-acre cemetery is also onthe grounds.
