BELLMAWR, NJ-Comcast IP Services has signed a long-term leasefor the entire 40,000-sf building at 321 Benigno Blvd. withinKorman's Interstate Business Park here. Property owner InterstateHolding Corp. was represented by Marc Isdaner, director and SVP atColliers Lanard & Axilbund in Philadelphia, while the tenantwas represented by brokers from Binswanger, also Philadelphia.Terms were not released.
Comcast IP will use its new space for a combination of generaloffices and the storage of equipment, according to the brokers.Featuring 6,000 sf of air conditioned production and assemblyspace, as well as a 3,200-sf office component, the building wasformerly occupied by General Binding Corp., which recentlyrelocated its operations to Allentown, PA.
