Andrew Checkley, project manager, says the property is mostlyhorizontal, not multistory properties. The hotel, a MarriottSpringhill Suites, is under construction and should be finished inlate fall, he says.

The first retail building, 4,000 sf, is also under construction."It's been leased to Intaglia, a local furniture store. The other7,000-sf building is also under construction, and Jimmy John's hasalready signed a lease." Checkley says there are letters of intentand leases almost signed with three other tenants, includinganother restaurant and store. Houlihans has moved into one of thethree restaurant pads, but the other two are available. "We'reworking with a couple of different folks on those," he tellsGlobeSt.com.

The first two condo buildings, about 100 units, are also underconstruction. "We'll be going vertical in April," Checkley says."The buildings are 75% sold, and we just opened sales on the thirdbuilding." The units sell from the low $200,000s. A new MetroLinkstation just opened two blocks away.
