MacDonald, along with Eric Berkman, Steve Gichner, Juliana Koand Ashley Blum, represented the seller. "Five thousand jobs aremoving to the base as a result of the [Base Realignment andClosure] process, bringing to a total of 18,000 jobs there. This isfueling demand for office space."

The typical tenants at the park are defense contractors workingwith government agencies such as the FBI, he says. The sixcredit-rated tenants account for 58% of the leased space, MacDonaldadded.
