With the transaction, a total of 74 employees from theadministrative group of WFUHS' Division of Public Health Sciencesand part of the division's department of biostatistical scienceswill call the 535,000-sf property home. The contiguous space isspread across the 22nd and 23rd floors.
Jenkintown, PA-based American Financial Realty Trust owns theproperty. A spokesman declined to release the lease terms,including the length and rates. He tells GlobeSt.com WFHUS hasscheduled a May move-in, staggered over two weeks.
The employees will be relocating from Wake Forest UniversityBaptist Medical Center's MRI Building. WFHUS is part of the medicalcenter.
