The filing did not identify the buildings or the tenants andBehringer Harvard declined to comment. Local industry sources tellGlobeSt.com the buildings sit on 22.8 acres at the corner ofCentral Expressway and Lafayette Street.

The buildings--two, two-story structures and one, one-levelstructure, each about 150,000 sf--were developed in the late 1970s.Hitachi Data Systems occupies at two of the buildings. AppliedMaterials previously occupied the third building.

Behringer Harvard was scheduled to make a $3-million earnestpayment on or about March 29, according to the SEC filing. Theexpected closing date was not mentioned.
