BROOKLYN, NY-Locally based Brighton Builder LLC has begun workon a 38-unit affordable housing, mixed-use project here in theBrighton Beach area. The Community Preservation Corp., anaffordable housing mortgage lender, has provided an $8-millionconstruction loan.
The 14-story project, which will be located at 3015 BrightonSixth St., will be roughly 53,400 sf and include a 15,000-sfmedical center as well as 44 parking spaces. There will be one-,two- and three-bedroom units and are slated to go on the market for$400 per sf.
