The entire project will have 11 buildings with units availableranging in size from 1,200 sf and up. The first building will be completed inthe fall with subsequent buildings to be constructed as units aresold.

The project's location, across from World Golf Village and theWorld Golf Hall of Fame golf and visitor destination, is among itsattributes. It is also located next to a 1.2-million-sf mall underconstruction. "Our buyers will benefit from the location in one ofthe northeast Florida's fastest growing corridors with neighboringhigh-end shopping malls and high-wealth residential growth,"Walshaw says.

Walshaw says six of the nine units in the first phase have beensold. Tenants include a wine store, floor covering store, Japaneserestaurant and bookstore.
