SOUTH HACKENSACK, NJ-Two industrial leases totaling 110,155 sfhave been signed at the Hampshire Cos.' 30 Wesley St. here,GlobeSt.com has learned. The 248,000-sf, one-story building on 8.5acres is part of the Morristown, NJ-based real estate investmentfund manager's Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio.
In the larger of the two signings, DW Direct Inc., a Garfield,NJ-based direct marketing company has leased 90,000 sf. The tenantspecializes in custom design fulfillment, data processing andlettershop services. Additionally, New Jersey Label, anEnglewood-based supplier of labels and tags, has leased 20,155sf.
