PENNSAUKEN, NJ-First Industrial Realty Trust has sold theadjacent buildings at 1625 and 1601 Hylton Rd. here in separatedeals. The buildings each total 35,000 sf, and the sales werearranged for First Industrial by Marc Isdaner of Colliers Lanard& Axilbund of Philadelphia. Sale prices were not released.
The building at 1625 Hylton Rd. was sold to Ocean LLC, a localgroup. It will shortly be occupied by ARI, an automotivefleet-leasing company, which is relocating here from a smallerspace nearby.
