Following opening remarks by Michael G. Desiato, Real EstateMedia's group publisher and editorial director, "RealShare PhoenixFact or Fiction" will feature two experts discussing the myths andrealities of the metro markets. David Krumwiede, executive vicepresident with Lincoln Property Co. and Kurt Rosene, senior vicepresident with the Alter Group, will square off in the segment atthe April 19 event, slated for 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at CamelbackInn at 5402 E. Lincoln Dr. in Scottsdale.

Immediately following the point-counterpoint session, Cushman& Wakefield of Arizona Inc.'s managing director, Tom Johnston,will moderate a Town Hall meeting. The focus will be on whether ornot the red-hot Phoenix and national commercial real estate markethave reached their peak. The hour-long discussion will focus onwhere the market is headed and how national fundamentals willimpact local real estate and business.

This year's concurrent sessions will cover capital marketupdates, industrial real estate development, office leasing andinvestment and the status of the multifamily and condo sectors.RealShare conference series director Rich Kelley says the main goalfor this year's conference is to offer information and assistancethat's in step with the times and trends.
