Express Scripts has started moving in more than 1,000 employeesto the 315,000-sf building on the college campus. The move marksthe first time a Fortune 500 company has relocated its headquartersto a public university campus, says a Clayco spokeswoman. Thebuilding will have a three-story atrium with a suspended glassstaircase and glass curtain wall, and a lower-level cafeteria thatoverlooks a lake. Ron Rolfes, Clayco's project manager for thebuilding, did not return calls for comment on this story.

The new building is on a 16-acre annex site to the $400 millionNorthPark, a redevelopment of a former residential community nearLambert International Airport, said McEagle president Chris McKeein a previousGlobeSt.com interview . He said that NorthPark will have up tosix million sf, mostly industrial buildings but with up to 1.5million sf of office development. General office lease rates in thearea are at about $14 per sf, he said.
