Massey KnakalServices brokered the deal.The property has seven retail spaces,and the tenant roster features Studio J-Beauty Salon, SpecialSecurity Inc., New York Community Bank, Lawrence Physical Therapy,Chung Woong Huh, and Cyberzone Corp--which occupies two spaces, aMassey Knakal spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com. In addition, theproperty has 120 parking spaces.

Massey Knakal broker Brian Sarath, who repped the seller withfellow broker Robert Shapiro, says 103-22 Rockaway Beach Blvd. drewa lot of attention. "We received more than 45 offers and ended upexceeding the asking price," he adds.
