TAMPA, FL-Sacramento-based Panattoni Development Co. has signedits first lease within the Crossroads Business Center on CurrieDavis Road. Lagasse Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Deerfield,IL-based United Stationers Supply Co., will occupy 149,705 sf of a169,217-sf distribution facility.
The building is the first phase of the two-phase CrossroadsBusiness Center project, which is expected to begin construction inMay. When completed, the business center will have 270,000 sf.
