At Ramapo Plaza, a 57,000-sf strip center located at 777 HamburgTurnpike in Wayne, Office Depot has signed on for 21,500 sf, takinga space formerly occupied by Skaters World Roller Rink and fullyleasing up the property. The owner of the property, Ramapo PlazaAssociates LLC, was represented by Goldstein Group EVP DonaldGoldstein.

In West Paterson, meanwhile, golf equipment retailer Golfsmithhas taken 18,500 sf at Lenox Plaza, a 50,000-sf neighborhood centerat 1750 Route 46. Lenox Plaza is now similarly fully leased withthe signing, which was orchestrated for owner Realty Partners byGoldstein's Lanyard and Lew Finkelstein.

In Parsippany, Planet Fitness, a gym and fitness center, hassigned on for 20,000 sf at Powder Mill Plaza West, a 113,000-sfstrip at 2956 Route 10. Goldstein's Florian Suserman and CurtisNassau represented landlord Pineview Homes at the DrugFair-anchored property.
