"The tenants are anxious to get the Shoppes at Old Bridge openfor business," says Ray Brunt, executive in charge of leasing, whoworks out of a local Stanbery office in Manasquan, NJ. "It shouldbe a fantastic grand opening."

Among the tenants signed up for the property are BananaRepublic, Ann Taylor Loft, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, theChildren's Place, Chico's and three Gap variations. Also on tap areAerosoles, Yankee Candle, the Papery, Maggie Moos and Gold's Gym,among others.

The seven-year-old Stanbery Development opened its first NewJersey shopping center in Denville in 2003, and the local openingis part of a five-property roll-out of "The Shoppes" brand in thestate by the end of 2009. Next up is the Shoppes at NorthBrunswick, a 129,000-sf center slated to open in October. Next willbe The Shoppes at Hamilton, in the Trenton/Princeton market,scheduled to open in April 2008.
