In the largest deal so far this year, APS Healthcare expanded by15,000 sf to a total of 30,000 sf at 1640 and 1680 Phoenix Blvd.,which are 50,000-sf and 27,000-sf buildings respectively. The leasebrings the occupancy level at 1680 Phoenix Blvd. to 100%. Locallybased Ackerman & Co. senior vice president of leasing FrankFarrell represented the landlord in the transaction. Larry Bank andPatrick Duffy, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.

Other recent deals include a 13,700-sf lease by ITT TechnicalInstitute at the 87,400-sf Two Crown Center. With the lease, ITToccupies 100% of the building. Richard Bowers, of Richard Bowers& Co., represented the tenant and Farrell represented thelandlord.

The Federal Aviation Administration leased 12,000 sf at 1903Phoenix Blvd., a 44,200-sf office building. Jim Palermo and CraigGoldberg, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the FAA and Farrellrepresented the landlord.
