The owner of the building, Invesco Real Estate, was representedby Dan McGovern, senior vice president in the Marlton office of CBRichard Ellis. NHM, which provides consumer mortgages and loans,was represented by Kirk Miller of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms ofthe long-term deal, including lease value, were not released;available space in the building is currently listed with an askingprice of $20.50 per sf.

NHM's new home is a three-story, class A atrium office buildingthat totals 94,000 sf. The latest lease brings the building'soccupancy to 75%, and other tenants at the site include Comcast andCorvel Corp.
